VERSATILE
WHY CHOOSE A COMPOST TOILET?
Regardless of your living space, a compost toilet could be an excellent step in the right direction for a sustainable sanitation solution. Choosing a toilet that has features to make this choice even easier does not have to be difficult. Even electric compost toilets that would have a power agitator, will be easy to install and have very minimal amperage draw compared to any incinerator system. We see many full-time RV’ers removing their black tanks altogether and adding an additional fresh water tank, allowing them not only to say goodbye to dump stations but instantly doubling their freshwater capacity. Compost toilets are great additions to consider.
How it works (Solids):
Mix your medium, we highly recommend Coco Coir by OGO™, in your solids bin. Mix with water and “fluff,” check your manual for details. Open the trap door by pulling straight on the pull handle; close using the same motion. Toilet paper can be discarded in the solids bin, we suggest single ply or biodegradable to prevent clumping. Press the button on the side and walk away. OGO™ will get to work, starting the compost process.
How it works (Urine):
OGO™ may look different, but with one of the largest urine bottle capacities and custom engineered bowl seats, we offer an easy to use product. Sit towards the back of the seat and relax. Our urine diversion technology helps keep the liquid waste contained. Refer to your manual for full details.
Install – Vent:
You could use any exterior vent such as our Shell Vent to allow air to exhaust outside, each unit comes with 5-foot hose and a swivel vent to ensure it can be vented with any build. We can also offer custom hose lengths upon request. OGO™’s fan pulls moisture and odor from inside the toilet and pushes outside. We also offer Charcoal Filters which can vent solution without pipes or hoses!
Install – Power:
OGO™ works on a 12V system. It comes with a power cable that you can plug into the power jack (back corner next to the venting T-Bar). The cable has two open leads where one end is marked positive. Plug your positive wire into the positive of your 12V system and the negative wire into your negative. If you have access to 110V (normal wall outlet) then you can purchase a power adapter such as the one on our website.
Install – Mounting:
Open your OGO™, remove the solids bin, drawer, and urine bottle. Use the four stainless steel screws included with each unit to fasten to any flooring, or base.
Wet Baths:
OGO™ works for wet baths, you will have to cover the top of the toilet, we suggest a plastic bag. We also recommend that you install at the highest point in the shower or on a raised ledge. Water may collect towards the bottom. Don’t worry we’re working on that solution too!

Sleek Design & Small Size
The OGO™ Composting Toilet is by far one of the smallest composting toilets on market. We are only 16″ side to side, 15″ front to back and 18.375″ tall. Our unique design allows users to have access to every component from the front or top so it can be slide into cabinets, drawers, and other tight spaces without hindering the use.
As far as toilets go, we like to think our design has the best appeal. It’s sleek lines and uniform curved box structure makes it look like it fits into your modern van build or even your newly renovated basement bathroom. We took close consideration to keep as many components recessed and in-line as possible.
Easy to Clean
Cleaning, emptying, refilling. A toilet is not a chore that someone normal signs up to maintenance but the OGO™ Composting Toilet took major consideration in making this an easy function. Composting toilets will have a solids waste bin that is mixed with a medium such as coco coir or spaghnum peat moss.
If the composting toilet as an agitator, the waste should be mixed well and not smell at all. Without the agitator, you will have to use a second bucket of medium to layer overtop after each use. The OGO™ Composting Toilet made sure to include a high functioning stainless steel agitator.
Competitive composting toilets have large solids bin which do allow more time before having to empty; however, their entire toilet system has to be unhooked, removed from the bathroom, and emptied. The OGO™ Composting Toilet may have a smaller bin but we focused on making it a simple and easy process to remove bin (as shown to the right). Within seconds, you can dump the solids bin into a bag or compost pile (always check local regulations & laws).
Urine Level Light Indicator & Max Capacity
Separating urine and solids waste is the magic of composting toilet but the urine bottle will fill up fast. With a couple using the OGO™ Composting Toilet, the urine bottle could need emptied every two days. This is why designed our curved bottle to gain as much volume as possible. The OGO™ urine bottle can hold up to 2.4 gallons which is just slightly more than some of our best competitors.
We also have a urine level indicator that will illuminate the side button red when the urine bottle is almost full. It will light up before 100% full which gives you plenty of time to pull the bottle and empty it. We provide a urine bottle cap in the bag so you can lift up, cap off, and walk to your dumping location without worrying about spilling.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This confirms your order has been received in our system and your credit card is authorized for purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to confirm if you'd like to keep your order or cancel for a full refund. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
ORDER SHIPMENT
Please reference your product page specific lead times. After shipment, items will arrive in 2-7 business days.
Some models are custom made, and can take as long as 4-5 weeks to ship depending on the model and series. Please contact customer service before ordering if delivery time is a concern of yours.
Certain items due to high demand and low supply can only be placed on back order at specific times. Please contact customer service to hear about any items availability.
Please contact us for rush shipping rates and options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within four business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@truehomeoasis.com.
Large items that ship via freight (not UPS or Fedex) require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange a time and day for delivery that works for you.
PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should REFUSE the package, and make note of it on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos to info@truehomeoasis.com . We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Generally, most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new condition and unopened.
Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).
Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost, even if the item was "free shipping". Any damages to products may void the return.
Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.
Should you have any questions about a particular product’s return policy we’re here to help. Please contact us and we will respond within 24 hours.
As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra cost. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
